We do this by building simple, practical and effective digital tools for that can be scaled globally, but impact locally.

Emotional intelligence has the power to transform relationships, heal communities, and build a better future for everyone, and Switch is all about building that competence in practical, inclusive, sustainable, and scalable ways.

Psychologist, teacher, musician, author, researcher. Developing models like the emotion wheel and the SDMF, this is translational research in action. Phil is Co-CEO.

Pragmatist
Digital Learning and Development expert, instructional design and HCD practitioner. Ideas are cheap, making it happen is where the real genius is! Roshelle is Co-CEO
