Teacher Acceptable Use Policy
When using Switch4Schools, staff are expected to uphold safe, ethical, and professional standards. Please:

Use your own staff account only and keep your login details secure.

Access student information only for legitimate educational or wellbeing purposes.

Protect student privacy by not sharing data, screenshots, or insights outside approved school processes.

Model respectful, safe, and appropriate digital behaviour at all times.

Avoid actions that could compromise system security, including attempting to bypass permissions or technical controls.

Report any concerns about student safety, data breaches, or unusual system behaviour through your school’s established processes.

Use the platform in line with your school’s safeguarding, privacy, and professional conduct policies.
If these expectations are not followed, access may be limited or removed in line with school and system requirements.
