Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  2. Approval – Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Shipping – We will cover return shipping costs for verified defective items.

  4. Resolution – Upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-defective items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Digital products or gift cards.
